Terms of Service

Do not resell, personal use only
Appropriate uses:
- Using as profile picture
- Using as an emoji in a private -Discord server among friends
- Printing for self (posters, pins, etc.) and giving as gifts
- Using in advertisement for charity or non-profit events
Inappropriate use includes:
- Using as an emoji for streaming
- Selling for profit (including physically and digitally)
- Using in advertisement for a product, event or other which would generate profit
- Copyrighting the image as your own
- Using as an NFT or to train generative AI modelsI will not profit off of the work beyond your payment.You must be over the age of 13 to commission
- If you are under 18 and are able to do so, please consult a parent/guardian before buying a commission, and I highly recommend that you include them when exchanging messages with me

- Light gore (Skeletons, stylized visible organs, minor injuries and heavy scarring are all okay)

- Heavy gore or intense body horror (realistic visible organs, fatal injuries)
- Offensive or hateful content, which may include language, symbology or paraphernalia of hate groups
I will not create art that diminishes someone in regards to their gender, sexuality, ethnicity, age, ability/disability, appearance or religionPrices will not increase based on complexity (i.e. mecha, accessories), but I might request to simplify designs depending on the project’s scale.
If you want something but aren’t sure if I will accept, let me know! We can always find a compromise.Timing
- The time frame I request may vary depending on the time of year, project complexity and number of commission slots currently occupied
- The work may be finished earlier or later than expected, please be understanding

Transaction will be in USDUpfront:
- Upfront payment is 50% of final price
- If you choose to add to the image (and the final price increases after the upfront payment), you will not need to pay more until the commission is complete
- I will start working as soon as I receive the upfront payment
You may terminate the commission at any time before paying the final, but the upfront payment cannot be refunded. (This means you will not receive the final art files)
- ¹ In the case of a background-centered piece, I will send thumbnail sketches prior to the upfront payment as this may determine the final price.Final payment:
- Once the final piece is complete, I will send previews
- If you are unsatisfied, we will continue to correspond and I will make changes until the final piece is what you want
- When the commission is complete, you may pay the rest of the price and I will send the completed files at full image qualityIf my prices change and you have already paid upfront, your final price will not change.No RefundsYou may request the file format and way of receiving the art
